Our teachers are dedicated, caring, and passionate! With specific trainging and education in the field of early childhood, our teachers understand the unique needs and learning styles of preschool aged children. A commitment to continuous professional development means that are teachers are not only experienced, but also on the forefront of early childhood education.
2 Year Old Playgroup
Marcy Koch
Marcy Koch is the facilitator of our playgroup. A D'youville grad, Marcy has been substituting at Little Lamb Preschool for the past ten years and leading our Twos class for the last 3 years. Her son Noah attended Little Lamb for three years starting with our 2 year old program and graduating from our PreK program! During Noah's time at LLP, Marcy served on our Little Lamb Board. She is excited to be joining our Little Lamb family on a permanent basis! Her and her husband Mike have two children and reside in the village of Hamburg.
Multi Age Class (3-5 year olds)
Lisa Link
Lisa Link is the Director of Little Lamb Preschool and the Lead Teacher in the PreK class. Lisa attended Syracuse University for Inclusive Early Childhood Education and is certified to teach children Birth through Second grade. Lisa has taught at Little Lamb for 11 years after serving on the board for many years. Her favorite thing about teaching little learners is the joy they have for life and learning. She and her husband Bryce have three children, all of whom attended Little Lamb.
Laura Herman
Laura Herman is the assistant teacher in the PreK program. Laura studied Physical Therapy at the University of Buffalo and prior to working at LLP she did home therapy for Early Intervention. This will be Mrs. Herman’s 11th year teaching in the Multi Age Class after previously serving on the LLP Board for 8 years. Mrs. Herman's favorite thing about teaching little learners is the amusing things they say! She and her husband Eric have three children, all of whom attended LLP. She is not only a teacher at Little Lamb, but also a proud Little Lamb graduate!
